Be specific. "Garage Reorganization" beats "Garage stuff". Include the room, goal, or scope in the name.

Intent / Goal (the Why)

What outcome are you driving toward? What will be different when this is done? This shapes the phases and task priority AI generates.

Constraints

What to exclude — "No electrical work", "Skip the back wall for now"
Timing — "Must be usable by July", "Weekend-only sessions"
Physical/resource limits — "One-handed tasks only", "No purchases over $50 this month"
Sequencing — "Clear before building anything new"
